We are currently seeking a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced software environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to design next-generation software utilizing our existing design system and AI capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product teams and Engineers to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes that meet specific requirements. The ideal candidate should be adept at working with Product teams and possess a solid understanding of design trends and best practices, ensuring that visual styles align with the product's business goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create top-notch explorations using our cutting-edge design system, dive deep into user workflows, and collaborate with principal designers and leadership to showcase seamless end-to-end user journeys. You will be responsible for bringing designs to life through clickable prototypes and animatics, ensuring a polished look across all projects by leveraging reusable design elements. Building strong relationships with Product Managers and Engineers will be crucial as you gather requirements, solicit feedback, and understand user needs. You will also engage in user research activities, including client interviews and user observations, to inform your design decisions. Presenting design mocks and workflows to various stakeholders, including Product teams and leadership, will be a key aspect of your role, as will iterating on designs based on feedback received. The position requires a creative individual who is open to critique and can quickly move from concept to high-fidelity designs. You should be an excellent problem solver, capable of providing fast turnarounds on complex software interaction challenges. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to express your ideas clearly to fellow designers, developers, and management. A portfolio showcasing your work in enterprise software design and UI patterns is required, along with expertise in tools such as Sketch and/or Figma. Familiarity with applications like Principle, Marvel, Abstract, InVision, or Jira, as well as knowledge of design systems, will be beneficial.
