About the position
ThousandEyes is seeking a Product Designer to create exceptional user experiences for its Intelligence and Endpoints Business. This role involves designing intuitive interfaces that leverage AI tools for data visualization, enhancing user interaction with complex datasets. The designer will collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, conduct user research, and iterate on designs throughout the product development cycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct user research activities to understand user needs and usability issues.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, detailed UX flows, prototypes, UI mockups, and visuals to align with cross-functional teams.
- Simplify data visualization complexities to provide actionable insights for users.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from team members, users, and subject matter experts.
- Drive design decisions using data from user metrics and qualitative interviews.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to apply design thinking to product experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise/SaaS software products.
- Experience or passion for data visualization.
- A portfolio showcasing a proven track record of user-centric design work.
