Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Applications design team and cross-functional partners including engineering, marketing, and QA.
• Translate complex problems into clean, understandable design solutions.
• Lead the design process from brainstorming through implementation.
• Create prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity comps to communicate concepts and designs effectively.
• Participate in group critiques and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Advocate for user experience in collaboration with engineering, operations, and business teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience focused on product design and UI across various platforms like iOS and web.
• Experience in shipping digital products from start to finish, including documentation and development processes.
• Ability to communicate concepts and designs clearly through prototypes, sketches, and presentations.
• Proficiency in design tools to visualize ideas and deliver work efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present work to large groups and executives.
