The Product Designer, Digital Experience Web at JetBlue is a pivotal role that focuses on creating innovative and cohesive digital experiences across various platforms, including the component library and global website elements. This position requires a subject matter expert in User Experience (UX) and visual design, who can challenge conventional design wisdom while leveraging data to inform decisions. The Digital Experience team is dedicated to enhancing how customers interact with jetblue.com, and as a key member, the Product Designer will collaborate closely with product managers, delivery teams, and diverse stakeholders to design and implement high-quality digital solutions that align with business objectives and elevate user experiences. In this role, the Product Designer will be responsible for developing pioneering customer experiences for JetBlue's digital products. This includes designing user interfaces that engineering partners will use to create a thoughtful digital experience. The designer will also work in alignment with Brand, Marketing, and other internal creative groups to ensure consistency in brand identity. Managing development requests through Jira and other Agile processes is also a critical aspect of this position, ensuring that all design efforts are executed efficiently and effectively. The role may also involve other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Digital Experience team.
