About the position

The Product Designer for GenAI at Outscal Technologies will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative experiences that empower users and enhance community connections. This senior-level position involves leading the design of user-centric products, ensuring they are valuable, easy to use, and crafted to the highest standards. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and innovation, focusing on creating impactful solutions for a vast user base.

Responsibilities

• Transform broad conceptual ideas into valuable products for over 2 billion users.
• Design end-to-end user flows that impact a large user base using appropriate prototyping tools.
• Create new experiences or layouts that evolve visual systems.
• Communicate strategic decisions regarding the future direction of Facebook products.
• Solicit and provide feedback to raise quality standards, while mentoring and coaching team members.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee user experience from conception to launch.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in building and shipping applications or software at a company-level scale.
• 8+ years of interaction design experience with a focus on user needs and scalable innovation.
• 8+ years of visual design experience, including proficiency in typography, UI design, color, layout, and iconography.
• 8+ years of strategic product thinking with experience in developing product goals and identifying market opportunities.
• Experience presenting work to senior executives, articulating goals and concepts clearly.
