Responsibilities

• Design polished, interactive prototypes to bring the team's roadmap to life.
• Share work with peers and leadership to collect feedback and iterate.
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, and squad meetings.
• Document design processes and decisions effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are built to specification before launch.
• Collect feedback through research and experimentation to refine designs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in product design.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including visual hierarchy and interaction design.
• Experience designing native apps for iOS and Android, with familiarity in platform-specific interaction patterns.
• Ability to articulate ideas and design solutions effectively.
• Skill in translating feedback into design improvements.
• Tolerance for ambiguity and a healthy curiosity.
• Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into design decisions.
