About the position

The Product Designer II role at Spring Health focuses on enhancing the caregiver experience in mental healthcare. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that improve care delivery, reduce administrative burdens, and drive clinical improvements. The designer will play a crucial role in empowering mental healthcare providers and ensuring the success of Spring Health's mission to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and clinical experts to identify and ship meaningful and measurable impacts on Spring's provider experience.
  • Hone in on the most important and impactful problems to solve and how to solve them.
  • Ship high quality solutions and stand up net new capabilities.
  • Design solutions to test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements.
  • Help everyone across the organization understand design decisions and progress through high quality documentation and guidance.
  • Combine empathy, curiosity, and inspiration to develop truly unique approaches that differentiate Spring and broaden interest in mental health.
  • Contribute to a team of talented, hardworking, and passionate designers, fostering a positive collaborative environment of free-flowing ideas and mutual support.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in product design at a technology-driven organization.
  • Experience transforming product objectives into impactful solutions for the business and users.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with product management, engineering, and data science teams.
  • Ability to ship iteratively and solve problems with purpose and urgency.
  • Experience in service design and mapping end-to-end user journeys.
  • Expertise with Figma and prototyping.
