• Capable of concurrently managing multiple projects while effectively influencing diverse audiences and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, employing rigorous design thinking and operational frameworks to address complex challenges
• Exceptional communication abilities, adept at conveying ideas effectively in various settings, from small group discussions to executive presentations
• Proficient in inspiring and guiding design teams by providing them with crucial business insights, feedback, and direction
