Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Over 2+ years of experience leading and expanding high-performance design teams
• Dedication to design excellence with a track record of delivering impactful global products
• Capable of concurrently managing multiple projects while effectively influencing diverse audiences
• Exceptional communication abilities, adept at conveying ideas effectively in various settings
• Proficient in inspiring and guiding design teams by providing them with crucial business insights, feedback, and direction
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, employing rigorous design thinking and operational frameworks
