About the position

As a Product Designer III at Innovaccer, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and design approach of our solutions. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and fellow designers, you will create innovative designs that align with business objectives and enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior designers, conducting user research, and iterating on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to overcome roadblocks and meet deadlines.
  • Conduct meaningful research to understand customer needs and ensure the right problems are being solved.
  • Participate in design reviews and share work regularly with leadership, customers, and partners.
  • Mentor peers and provide thoughtful feedback to guide quality product thinking and interaction design.
  • Block time for strategic thinking and understand the business implications of design decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
  • Substantial experience in building prototypes that effectively communicate interaction behaviors.
  • Expertise in advocating for design approaches within iterative product development and agile processes.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design and product management tools.
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual craft, including composition, typography, and layout.

  • U.S. Healthcare industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Experience using a CRM solution.
  • SaaS or B2B experience.
  • Experience using A.I. tools and understanding A.I. user experiences.
