About the position

Fohr is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Designer for its influencer marketing platform. This role focuses on solving complex product design problems while delivering aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly solutions. The designer will work closely with a diverse team to create impactful designs that align with the company's vision of transforming brand communication through influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to design user-centric solutions for the influencer marketing platform.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Create and edit product design systems, including component libraries.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Utilize Figma to develop and refine interface designs that are visually appealing and functional.

Requirements

• 3 - 8 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user experience and interface design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with front-end development, particularly in React/Next.js.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects at once.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience designing analytics products with data-driven user workflows.
