About the position

The Product Designer for Loom Integration at Atlassian will be responsible for delivering seamless integrations within the Atlassian product suite. This role involves designing end-to-end experiences for Loom's embedded features, enhancing collaboration through asynchronous video. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for user needs and contribute to design systems, ultimately impacting millions of users globally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Loom integrations within the Atlassian product suite.
• Design end-to-end experiences from recording to playback to organization.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners to represent the design team.
• Contribute to vision, roadmapping, design critique, sprint planning, and product and design channels.
• Contribute to the Lens Design System and Atlassian Design System.
• Inspire a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience.
• Experience in Product Design organizations that have shipped software to users.
• Demonstrable experience working with data and conducting product design experiments.
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing typography, interaction and visual design, product sense, and idea generation.
• Experience collaborating with a diverse team in a rapid growth environment.
• Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills.
