About the position

The Product Designer for Miro Insights will be the first design team member, responsible for leading the design of a new product with its own design language and user experience while aligning with Miro's brand. This role requires a passionate individual who can manage multiple design aspects and contribute to building innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of the Miro Insights platform, focusing on market introduction and customer learning.
• Measure the success of design solutions and iterate based on customer feedback and UX insights.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to standardize data display and interactions with AI tools.
• Work with UXR and analytics to transform insights into high-quality designs.
• Coordinate with content design and engineering to ensure effective implementation of designs.
• Collaborate with the design system and accessibility teams to integrate workflows into Miro's design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on systematic design thinking and customer fit.
• Experience in validating new products and finding product-market fit iteratively.
• Experience working in large teams (15+ designers) within mid-to-large product companies (200+ employees).
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail in shipping quality interactions.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility implementation at scale.
• Expertise in Figma, including advanced features like libraries, analytics, and prototyping.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with enterprise applications and services.
• Familiarity with Framer for implementing designs from start to finish.
