About the position

The Miro Insights team is seeking its first design team member to lead the design of a new product with a unique design language and user experience while aligning with Miro's brand. This role requires a versatile designer who is passionate about creating exceptional software and can manage various design tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of the Miro Insights platform, focusing on market readiness and customer feedback.
• Measure the success of design solutions and iterate based on customer and UX insights.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to standardize data display and interactions with AI tools.
• Work with UXR and analytics to transform insights into high-quality designs.
• Coordinate with content design and engineering to ensure effective implementation in production.
• Ensure seamless integration of workflows into the Miro design system and maintain accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on systematic design thinking and customer-centric product experiences.
• Experience in validating new products and achieving product-market fit.
• Experience working in large teams (15+ designers) within mid-to-large product companies (200+ employees).
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a focus on detail and quality.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility implementation at scale.
• Expertise in Figma, including advanced features like libraries, analytics, variants, and prototyping.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with enterprise applications and services.
• Familiarity with Framer for end-to-end design implementation.
