About the position

The designer will contribute to product strategy and design direction, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to overall product strategy and design direction.
• Explore ambiguous and complex problem spaces to identify design opportunities.
• Define, craft, and iterate on design concepts, user flows, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design teams.
• Elevate the design team culture and refine design practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience crafting software product experiences.
• Experience with enterprise software and AI/ML products is a plus.
• Proven track record of shipping designs that drive customer and business impact.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience with a broad range of design methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Architecture, or related field, or comparable work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in AI/ML product design.
• Strong storytelling skills to present design rationale effectively.
