About the position
As a Product Designer at Unify, you will play a crucial role in defining the user experience and design language of our platform. This position involves collaborating with founders and diverse teams to design products from inception to completion, making key design decisions, and managing extensive design projects. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape the platform's direction and establish Unify as a leader in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality end-to-end product flows
- Expand and manage our design language system
- Define and drive product and design direction, contributing to strategic decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, executive, growth, and go-to-market teams
- Develop a strong brand identity, overseeing brand and marketing projects
- Establish design standards and best practices at Unify
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX and UI design
- Proven ability to develop concepts from beginning to end independently
- Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and break them down into clear milestones
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple organizational lines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
