About the position
The Product Designer at Ford Motor Company will focus on designing and developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems specifically for Software Quality and Warranty within the In-Vehicle Infotainment sector. This role involves leading the development and maintenance of AI and machine learning algorithms to enhance the performance of infotainment systems, ensuring they meet current and future use cases. Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI systems for Software Quality and Warranty.
- Lead the development and maintenance of AI and machine learning algorithms.
- Ensure the delivery of stable and high-quality infotainment products.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Analyze and visualize diverse data sources to interpret results in a business context.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, statistics, operations research, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with delivering and maintaining production software products.
- Strong technical writing and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in regression algorithms, time series analysis, and neural network architectures.
Nice-to-haves
- Doctorate in computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations research, or related field with 2+ years of data science experience.
- Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations research, or related field with 3+ years of data science experience.
- Experience with high-volume, high-dimensionality data analysis.
