About the position

The Product Designer role at a digital Travel and Outdoor Tourism Service focuses on creating user-centered design solutions for digital products and brands. This fully remote position emphasizes collaboration within self-organized, cross-functional teams, prioritizing personal growth and wellbeing. The designer will engage in stakeholder interactions, team collaboration, and management duties to drive the design process from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create user-centered design solutions for digital products and brands
• Design, prototype, and develop elegant on-brand solutions from concept to high fidelity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, technical constraints, and needs
• Mentor other designers on the team

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UI/UX design
• Proven experience with web and native mobile applications in an e-Commerce environment
• Experience building and maintaining streamlined UI/UX workflows and style guides from concept to execution
• Understanding of modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc.)
• Experience directing both the visual and interaction design of projects across web and mobile platforms
• Ability to consider long-term sustainability in all design and maintain an eye for reusability in designs
