We are seeking multiple Product Designers to join our team in Parkesburg, PA. This role involves overseeing the entire product design process, from initial concept to final production, ensuring that designs align with our brand and target market. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire product design process, from initial concept to final production.
• Generate innovative product ideas that align with our brand and target market.
• Create detailed 3D models using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks) to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Develop physical prototypes using 3D printing and other prototyping techniques to test and refine designs.
• Research and select appropriate materials for product components, considering factors such as durability, cost, and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with management, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless transition from design to production.
• Identify and resolve design challenges through creative thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Create clear and concise design documentation, including technical drawings and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, preferred or equivalent experience in Product Design for 3-5 years.
• Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative designs.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software, particularly SolidWorks.
• Experience with 3D printing and other prototyping techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
• IT support experience or knowledge preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a CNC Programmer, preferred.
• 1 year of experience in Product Design (Preferred).
