About the position

The Product Designer role at a SaaS start-up in West Palm Beach, FL, is a full-time, onsite position focused on creating intuitive and appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The designer will collaborate closely with leadership and the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the brand's guidelines and support marketing efforts. This position requires a strong portfolio and experience in user research and design testing.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and appealing UIs for web and mobile.
• Prepare design assets for handoff to development.
• Support the marketing team by providing marketing materials and improving the website.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure all designs align with brand's design guidelines.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups.
• Analyze user metrics and feedback.
• Test design hypotheses for improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, Miro, and Loom.
• Experience in Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and user research.
• Experience in conducting UX tests.
• Familiarity with key product metrics for data-driven design.
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
