Utilizing iterative development processes, the individual will collaborate with a team to define detailed user interface designs that enhance usability and functionality. The position also involves coordinating and facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, exploring potential solutions that meet user needs. The candidate will employ proven human factors methodologies and tools to recommend changes that improve the overall usability of designs or processes. This includes producing products that minimize complexity in use, training, and support. Additionally, the role requires contributing to the visualization and re-imagination of existing applications by creating wireframe mockups, prototypes, and web-based user interfaces. The individual will also plan and execute usability testing with prototypes, initiate user champion reviews of interface designs, and identify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks on projects.
