About the position

The Product Designer at Voltage Park will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our On-Demand platform, which allows customers to flexibly rent GPUs. This position involves leading design projects, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, and contributing to product strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, capable of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment, and eager to make a significant impact within a small, motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects and ensure high-quality implementation in collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
• Develop features and improvements that can be shipped quickly and with high quality.
• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making regarding product direction.
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for features.

Requirements

• Passion for design and finding best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges.
• A portfolio showcasing excellent product designs delivered in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think through complex interaction design.
• Proficiency in expressing ideas through visuals and prototyping.
• Experience with design systems and technical tools like Git and VSCode.
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills.
• Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end.
• Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems.
