Responsibilities

• Choose research methods that align with product outcomes to enhance user experience.
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to user experience.
• Create detailed summaries of user insights and share them with the squad and stakeholders.
• Rapidly create mock-ups and prototypes to visually communicate and test solutions.
• Conduct usability tests using tools like HotJar and heat maps to gather user feedback and validate design decisions.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Invest time in building rapport and understanding individual strengths on the team.
• Make timely decisions to keep the team moving forward.
• Clearly communicate the rationale behind decisions to the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX, UI, and Figma.
• Ability to think outside the box and consider multiple angles to solve problems.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to respectfully push back on ideas.
