At Exiger, we are seeking a Product Designer who will be instrumental in enhancing the user experience (UX) across our product offerings. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including product management, product development, and business stakeholders, to define and implement the UX for new features and product releases. The Product Designer will be responsible for managing the entire product design cycle, which includes conducting UX research and usability testing, creating design concepts, and delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces. Additionally, the designer will ensure a smooth hand-off to the development team and perform visual quality assurance upon the delivery of new product features. The role requires presenting design ideas and concepts to key stakeholders as part of the UX refinement process, ensuring design consistency across products by maintaining design kits and processes throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). The Product Designer will also conduct research exercises with customers to validate and inform product design concepts. This position demands the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while prioritizing competing responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of building out the design team in the future while also being hands-on to ensure timely deliveries.
