About the position

The Product Designer at Intrinsic will be responsible for driving the design process for tools aimed at enhancing Trust & Safety on online platforms. This role involves creating user experiences around unstructured data, collaborating closely with engineers, and iterating on design solutions to meet user needs and business goals. The designer will own the entire design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring that the final products are intuitive and effective for analysts and moderators.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire design process, from ideation to well-tested, pixel-perfect implementation.
• Create product concepts and bring them to life through wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Lead the design of both new product features and enhancements to existing ones, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
• Translate business objectives, user insights, and customer feedback into innovative and feasible design solutions.
• Apply user-centered design principles to create interfaces that are consistent, functional, and simple.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to see your design vision through to implementation.
• Contribute design thinking skills to other areas such as marketing, branding, and customer success to create a cohesive and compelling user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional SaaS experience with a proven track record of delivering projects independently end to end.
• Experience in working on SaaS products, data visualization, or complex workflow tools.
• A passion for understanding customer needs and turning them into elegant and engaging user experiences.
• Outstanding product design sensibility and craft - excelling at UX, visual design, and interaction.
• Self-motivated, independent, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX, UI, and visual design.
