About the position

As a Product Designer at Robert Half, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and aligned with project goals.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results, ensuring continuous improvement and refinement.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, design thinking, and human-centered design practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
