About the position

As a Senior Manager of Product Design and Excellence at PepsiCo, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering scalable digital solutions across the value chain. This position requires you to execute end-to-end product design for new digital products, processes, and reports. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, defining product features, and designing comprehensive digital user experiences that balance business needs with simple, intuitive, and engaging user-centered solutions. Your work will involve detailed documentation and specifications to ensure a smooth design hand-off to developers and engineers. In this role, you will apply design principles, user-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and lean/agile best practices and tools. You will be actively involved in digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. Your ability to manage expectations and work effectively within these teams will be crucial. You will also need to possess deep user empathy, focusing on user experience and resolving user pain points through design. Analytical and creative problem-solving skills will be essential as you work on digital product design, primarily in automation, reporting, and analytics, while collaborating with business peers to drive change. To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in the latest UI/UX standards, trends, and tools, with at least five years of experience applying these in your work. This role also requires a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field, along with six years of experience in developing and designing digital products and tools, process re-engineering, process transformation, and intelligent automation technologies including RPA, chatbots, AI, and machine learning.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or equivalent.
  • 6 years of experience in developing and designing digital products and tools.
  • Experience in process re-engineering and process transformation.
  • Knowledge of intelligent automation technologies including RPA, chatbots, AI, and machine learning.
  • 5 years of experience with the latest UI/UX standards, trends, and tools.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and define product features.
  • Experience in designing end-to-end digital user experiences.
