About the position

The position involves assisting with the development and execution of the roadmap for Auto Telematics at USAA. The candidate will work on innovative solutions across the value chain to enhance Telematics products, analyze performance metrics, and support product development teams in making strategic recommendations. The role requires collaboration with various Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance and optimal risk management while delivering high-quality products to USAA members.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of digital-first products for USAA members.
• Provide analytical support for strategies, product launches, and refinements.
• Generate creative product and coverage solutions to maintain a dynamic product development pipeline.
• Compile internal and external data to support product strategy and competitive intelligence.
• Monitor and maintain existing products based on performance and market changes.
• Analyze new product performance metrics to adapt offerings before full launch.
• Coordinate with control partners to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related discipline; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 4 years of proven experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, Financial Services, or relevant military experience.
• Experience conducting research, compiling, and analyzing data.
• Proven experience supporting product and/or integrated suite of products.
• Understanding of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).

• Experience in modernization campaigns.
