About the position

The Product Development Analyst at American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS) is responsible for conducting strategic analysis of market trends and evaluating new business opportunities. This role focuses on developing and implementing competitive products that drive customer growth and profitability, while collaborating with various departments to ensure program accuracy from development through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the efforts to analyze the financial potential of new product ideas, presenting plans and justifications for new business opportunities.
• Utilize knowledge of pricing, processes, and the industry to analyze products and maintain market position.
• Collaborate with all applicable departments to ensure program accuracy from development through implementation.
• Act as the point of contact for all product development or modification related inquiries.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain positive business relationships with customers, agents, dealers, vendors, and internal personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of Product Development experience or related experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products and related software
• Strong analytical skills and ability to propose creative solutions
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

• Service Contract/Warranty Experience is a plus
