The Product Development Coordinator at Leaderpromos plays a crucial role in supporting promotional marketing campaigns from inception to execution. This position involves idea generation, merchandise sourcing, and international order processing while maintaining communication with high-profile clients. The role emphasizes collaboration, project management, and adherence to client brand guidelines, all within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support team on promotional marketing campaigns, focusing on merchandise processing and creating sales pitches.
  • Understand international order shipping and freight policies, including labels and testing.
  • Comprehend the product development process from idea to store.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop presentations that align with client brand guidelines.
  • Partner with vendors for merchandise price quotes, order tracking, and project fulfillment with international vendors.
  • Manage CRM and Project Tracker to meet client needs and project expectations on time.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills to track orders and ensure completion.
  • Adapt to changing priorities with short notice.
  • Organize merchandise stock in all product categories within the onsite inventory closet.
  • Possess strong logistics knowledge of international shipping terms such as FOB shipping point, CPT, DDP, and Ex-Works.
  • Understand import characteristics including taxes, tariffs, and duties.
  • Familiarity with UPC barcode labels and care tag labels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Understanding of international shipping and international product testing.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt thinking and solutions to changing circumstances and constraints.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
