Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and develop operational strategies to improve productivity.
• Identify bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and develop strategies to enhance speed to market.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply chain integration.
• Leverage digital technologies to improve product development and manufacturing processes.
• Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their unique strengths.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts or issues.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and manufacturing consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of project management and client consultations in product development and manufacturing.
• Proven record of success in leading diverse teams and building client relationships.
• Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills, including financial modeling and interpreting financial statements.
