Responsibilities

• Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply chain integration.
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage their unique strengths.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts or issues.
• Reinforce professional and technical standards in line with PwC's code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and manufacturing.
• Master's degree preferred in engineering or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Experience in automotive engineering and lean manufacturing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital engineering strategy development.
