Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and develop operational strategies to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance on product development and manufacturing processes.
• Identify bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and develop strategies to enhance speed to market.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply chain integration.
• Leverage digital technologies to improve product quality and reduce costs.
• Motivate and coach team members to solve complex problems effectively.
• Communicate clearly and convey impactful messages to clients and stakeholders.
• Direct teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations consulting or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
• Proven record of success in project management or client consultations.
• Experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Platform and System is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter and PTC Windchill is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or life sciences industries.
• Knowledge of digital engineering strategy development and application.
• Experience in financial modeling and interpreting financial statements.
• Advanced client presentation and proposal development skills.
