About the position

The individual will work closely with clients to identify bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and implement strategies to improve speed to market, reduce costs, and enhance quality. This role also emphasizes the application of lean manufacturing principles and the integration of digital technologies, while fostering high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and develop operational strategies to improve efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and propose solutions.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply chain integration.
• Leverage digital technologies to enhance product development and manufacturing processes.
• Coach and motivate team members to solve complex problems effectively.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Make informed decisions to resolve issues affecting team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development and manufacturing consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of project management and client consultations in relevant industries.
• Proven record of success in leading teams and directing advisory services.
• Experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, or PTC Windchill is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital engineering strategy development and application.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and value case development.
• Ability to influence and develop relationships with senior client resources.
