About the position

The Senior Manager in Product Development - Digital Engineering at PwC is responsible for optimizing product development and manufacturing processes. This role involves analyzing product development lifecycles, identifying bottlenecks, and developing strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. The Senior Manager will work closely with clients, provide guidance on lean manufacturing principles, and leverage digital technologies to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires strong leadership skills to motivate and coach teams, solve complex problems, and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and develop operational strategies to improve productivity and business performance.
• Identify bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and develop strategies to enhance speed to market.
• Provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles and optimizing supply chain integration.
• Leverage digital technologies to improve product development and manufacturing processes.
• Motivate and coach team members to solve complex problems and deliver quality results.
• Communicate effectively with clients, validating outcomes and sharing alternative perspectives.
• Direct the team through complex situations, demonstrating composure in ambiguous and challenging environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development and manufacturing consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of project management and client consultations in product development and manufacturing.
• Experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Platform, Teamcenter, or PTC Windchill is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex multi-projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Chemicals, or Life Sciences.
• Knowledge of Digital Engineering Strategy Development and Engineering Cloud Solutions.
• Advanced client presentation and proposal development skills.
