Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs and develop operational strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and propose solutions.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply chain integration.
  • Leverage digital technologies to enhance operational performance.
  • Coach and motivate team members to solve complex problems effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
  • Model and reinforce professional and technical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations consulting or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven record of success in project management and client consultations.
  • Experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, or PTC Windchill is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet, presentation, and document development.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and develop financial models.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or life sciences industries.
  • Knowledge of digital engineering strategy development and application.
  • Experience in leading complex multi-projects and multi-workstreams.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at VP level and above.
