About the position

The role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within product development and manufacturing at PwC. The individual will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to enhance processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. This position requires collaboration with clients to identify bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and implement strategies that enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. The role also emphasizes the application of lean manufacturing principles and digital technologies to optimize supply chain integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with clients to identify bottlenecks in product development lifecycles.
• Develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles.
• Optimize supply chain integration and leverage digital technologies.
• Motivate and coach team members to solve complex problems.
• Communicate effectively with clients and validate outcomes based on feedback.
• Direct teams through complex and ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development and manufacturing consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of project management and client consultations in product development and manufacturing.
• Experience in one of the core industry sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, Chemicals, Industrial Manufacturing, Technology, Life Sciences, or Consumer Markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and direct advisory services in digital engineering and product development strategy.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Platform and System.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter and PTC Windchill.
• Experience in Digital Engineering Strategy Development and Engineering Cloud Solutions.
• Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Financial modeling and interpretation of financial statements.
