About The Position
To provide technical expertise and support the business by developing and commercializing new specialty paper grades, coordinating grade transfers, and improving the manufacture of existing products. Plan, design and run trials to make product prototypes that meet specific targets and timelines. Develop new test methods and product specifications, as needed.
