The position also entails engaging with external vendors, focusing on process improvements, and managing organizational change. The manager will lead a team in executing business programs, serving as a subject matter expert in the functional area, and ensuring that critical needs are met. Responsibilities include vetting potential partners, assisting with contracting and onboarding, and providing operational leaders with recommendations for process enhancements.
