Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development or management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of aftermarket services and strategies.
- Proven track record of driving product growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
