About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager with a strong background in the skincare or makeup industries. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with manufacturers for sample testing and be proficient in developing new product concepts from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies aligned with market trends.
• Lead the creation and development of new product concepts, from ideation to launch.
• Develop pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance financial outcomes.
• Create and maintain project timelines to ensure successful product launches.
• Work closely with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) in Korea and China to ensure smooth product development.
• Develop compelling product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

Requirements

• Strong brand management experience in the cosmetic industry.
• Proven ability to lead product development from concept to launch.
• Excellent market analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Experience working with ODMs, particularly in Korea and China.
