About the position

The Product Development Manager at NILE is responsible for leading the Product Design & Development team to create high-quality products for in-house brands across various retail categories. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align product lines with business goals and market trends, ensuring successful execution of product strategies for each season.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal teams among design & development, sales, marketing and brand to fully realize product lines, direction, and strategy for in-house brands.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify market trends, evaluate new technologies, and determine opportunities among product categories.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape among specific product categories, applying learnings to inform product innovation, updates, and improvements.
• Acquire product expertise through comprehensive research and development process, providing solutions to customer issues and needs through quality, innovative product.
• Manage technical development and refinement of product throughout the development process.
• Work closely with internal and overseas design and engineering teams from initial ideation to final production, ensuring product expectations are met through quality, cost, and adhering to timelines.
• Cultivate a team-oriented work environment and collaborative spirit on all projects.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
