Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the product development leader, documenting and versioning strategies.
  • Assist in the development, drafting, and enhancement of forms and forms language, including strategic input and actionable recommendations.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of system and process solutions that align with the forms implementation strategy.
  • Collaborate with training and marketing to develop communication, training, and marketing materials in support of new or enhanced products and initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor intelligence research.
  • Demonstrate awareness of each state's regulatory environment and legislative rules to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Document, maintain, and version control forms attachment logic.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Business Analysis Unit for ad-hoc analysis to support strategies and initiatives.
  • Create, maintain, and version control templates, documentation, and schedules for underwriting audit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with concentration in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics or Actuarial Sciences (J.D. preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of Commercial Product or Underwriting experience.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, state regulations, and compliance processes.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills; attention to detail.
  • Comfortable and proficient working in a matrixed environment, with stakeholders at various levels and in various departments.
