About the position

The Product Development Manager at IVX Health is a pivotal role focused on driving product innovation and strategic growth within the healthcare sector. This position involves collaboration across various business functions, including Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships & Strategy, to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with customer needs. The manager will engage with customers, analyze performance metrics, and support project management efforts to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating processes related to product development and capability enhancement, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain and update documentation for product specifications, process flows, and project milestones.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships & Strategy teams to gather feedback and align product offerings with customer needs.
• Engage with customers to understand their experiences and gather insights for product enhancements.
• Monitor product performance and processes to ensure compliance with company standards and quality expectations.
• Assist in project planning and execution, tracking progress, and reporting updates to stakeholders.
• Manage strategic projects, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as health systems, pharma, employers, and payers to develop and execute project plans or partnership opportunities.
• Prepare for and participate in key meetings with external clients for product and capability launches.
• Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Help define and manage product and capability KPIs, business and pipeline reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
• Help develop training materials and support onboarding sessions for team members regarding new products and processes.
• Conduct research and recommend initiatives to support product development, including exploring product and partnership opportunities with health systems.
• Manage projects to defined outcomes, ensuring inclusion and accountability across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Prior business or healthcare internship experience.
• Proficiency in standard office software applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office), particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Self-starter with experience executing project-based research and delivering strategic recommendations.

• Experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
