About the position

The Product Development Manager at JAN Resources LLC is responsible for developing and implementing innovative technical solutions for oil and gas chemical production. This role focuses on product formulation and commercialization while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. The manager will lead projects from development to commercialization, ensuring that products meet defined company and regulatory parameters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions to key issues within research group and project teams in the production of oil and gas chemicals.
• Formulate new products from development to commercialization within defined company, industry, and regulatory parameters.
• Establish guidelines and criteria for acceptance and testing of chemical raw materials in finished blends.
• Evaluate raw materials and develop specifications for new and/or reformulated products.
• Create project timelines in accordance with marketing priorities, setting milestones and ensuring on-time project completion.
• Operate within the company's Quality Management System.
• Participate in team-driven activities to facilitate ongoing production improvements or new product development projects.
• Promote a positive can-do attitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
• Five years of oil and gas research experience.
