  • Proactively plan and mitigate high-impact risks, creatively problem-solve, and navigate conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing between teams and encourage a culture of innovation and trust.
  • Communicate transparently at all levels of the organization using data and facts.
  • Analyze velocity to delivery for successful project execution and manage project financial reporting.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in an agile, remote environment.
  • At least 1 year in a program or project manager role managing multiple agile teams.
  • Experience working with education clients or in the EdTech industry is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Strong commitment to operational excellence and agile team experience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in program or project management.
  • Agile certifications preferred (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
