About the position

The Product Development Project Manager at Akkodis is responsible for leading project teams to achieve quality, cost, delivery, budget, and timing targets in product development processes. This role requires expertise in managing projects through the Stage Gate process and effective risk management, ensuring that projects adhere to both internal and external standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams and assign projects to meet targets for quality, cost, delivery, budget, and timing.
  • Execute projects in accordance with internal and external standards and practices.
  • Manage the product development process, including the New Product Introduction (NPI) and product ramp-up transfer processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, including familiarity with tools and methods.
  • Strong understanding of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
  • Experience with product ramp-up transfer processes, including Make to Order (MTO) or Make to Stock (MTS) strategies.
