About the position

The Product Development Project Manager will lead Agile Teams in delivering multiple project initiatives. This role involves defining project scope, managing schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of value while fostering team development and accountability. The manager will also support the Product Owner in stakeholder communications and project governance, while championing process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
• Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments.
• Remove roadblocks to team work and leverage organizational resources to improve project capacity.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Build a trusting and safe environment for problem-solving and team empowerment.
• Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communications and implement effective project governance systems.
• Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
• PMP Certification.
• Agile Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMI-ACP).
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies in enterprise-level application development projects.
• Power user experience with Jira.
