About The Position
The Product Development Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the commercial organization by developing new silicone chemistries and paper and film products. This position is responsible for leading product development efforts that extend beyond the core capabilities of Loparex, as well as assisting the Procurement Department with raw material changes. The specialist serves as the primary technical contact for silicone vendors and oversees the creation of new products, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the process.
