About the position

The Product Director for Bispecifics Market Access Marketing Operations & Community Expansion at Johnson & Johnson will lead the development and execution of market access strategies for TALVEY and TECVAYLI. This role focuses on enhancing patient access in community oncology settings, where bispecific adoption is currently limited. The director will collaborate with various internal and external partners to create effective marketing tactics and resources that support the community expansion of these bispecific therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead bispecific community expansion marketing tactic execution from insight generation to launch with KAM and ABS field teams.
• Support development and execution of resources and initiatives with pharmacy stakeholders who serve as operational champions for bispecifics.
• Oversee the creation and deployment of a customized bispecific value proposition tailored for provider GPOs and GPO FFS programming for TECVAYLI and TALVEY.
• Collaborate with RWV&E partners on the development of economic models and tools addressing provider PHDM careabouts.
• Partner with KAM, ABS, and FRM teams to ensure account teams are knowledgeable on TECVAYLI, TALVEY, and approved resources to support community expansion of bispecifics.
• Partner with the SIA team to broaden and evolve KPIs to monitor and track marketing tactic impact and progress towards bispecific community expansion.

Requirements

• A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field is helpful.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing, and/or related fields.
• Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
